Account Registration & Security

In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and this section, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Permanent closure of the account and ban from re-registration;
Forfeiture of account balance, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds;
Voiding of all wagers placed during the period of suspected violation;
Referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bat299 platform — including but not limited to the bat299 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bat299 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bat299 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bat299 will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees. Bonus balances with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by bat299

bat299 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe;
Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider;
Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. 9.4 Dormant Accounts
